Will I be able to get a visa in Germany?

Your best bet will be the EU Blue Card and I will support you to meet the requirements. It can be commissioned, as soon as you got a job offer from a company in Germany. The job offer must meet the following conditions:

  • At least six months of employment period.
  • The job must match your qualification (academic degree). (Plus the license to practice in case of regulated professions.)
  • Your job in Germany must enable you to earn a gross annual salary of at least €48,300 (as of 2025). (In a bottleneck profession, a lower gross annual salary can be allowed.)
  • Fee: 100€
  • Duration: During the time of employment contract. Up to four years

Will it be possible to stay long term in Germany?

Yes, under the following conditions:

„The EU Blue Card is issued for the duration of your employment contract, plus an additional three months, and is valid for a maximum of four years. It is possible to extend the validity of this residence title in Germany if certain conditions are met. 

After 27 months, EU Blue Card holders can obtain a settlement permit  if they can prove that they have German language skills at level A1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). If language level B1 can be demonstrated, the settlement permit can be issued after only 21 months.
